Responsibilities
•Develop and prepare engineering design and drawings from preliminary concept sketches, engineering calculations, specifications sheets and other data.
•Operate computer-assisted design (CAD) and drafting workstations
•Complete documentation packages and produce drawings sets.
•Check and verify design drawings to confirm to specifications and design data
•Write technical reports
•Develop and prepare engineering drawings, plans, diagrams, or layouts from sketches.
Qualifications
•Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related englneefi.ng disciplines required.
•Hands-on experience with design, engineering and/ or fabrication of welded components
preferred.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
•Strong problem-solving skills.
•An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.
•Be proficient in Solid Works.
•Drafts person with minimum 2 year experience
