Have exposure in North American Standards.
Highly capable and competent combined with technical expertise, creativity and problem-solving skills to design and deliver high quality mechanical solutions.
Good working knowledge on automated machineries design with strong knowledge of robotic applications, advance machine kinematics, servo & drive, motors etc.
Experience in material handling systems like conveyor, Pallets, AMR, AGV and other material transfer systems.
Hands-on work experience on SPM, Jigs, fixtures, and custom machine building.
Good understanding of pneumatics, electrical actuators, and its applications.
Strong knowledge in GD & T, Design for manufacturability (DFM) and Design for assembly (DFA) principles.
Able to design and integrate vision, inspection, and calibrations systems in automation process.
Able to demonstrate and review the designs efficiently with customer centric approach.
In-depth Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials & grades, coatings, and properties.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (ISO, ANSI, ASME).
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools will be added advantageE
