key responsibilities
- Perform fine cutting and trimming of meat products.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met at all times.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Work efficiently in a structured and professional environment.
- Ability to work in two shifts (early shift: 5 AM - 1 PM, late shift: 1 PM - 9 PM).
This is a temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance and evaluation.
qualifications
- Strong knife skills and precision in fine cutting tasks.
- Attention to detail and a preference for delicate work.
- Experience in the food industry is required; experience in meat processing is a plus.
- Preferably, previous experience as a meat processor, butcher's assistant, or butcher.
