About the job

• Prepare bills of quantities, taking-off, and cost estimates.
• Prepare tender submission/quotation.
• Prepare variation order cost and finalize project accounts together with the Project Department.
• Prepare claims and obtain approvals from Clients or Consultants.
• Source for potential subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and authorities on all aspects of tender.
• Prepare project budgetary and comparison in terms of tender and sub-contract works.
• prepare subcontractors and suppliers' work package tender.
• prepare monthly progress claims and payment recommendations to the Management.
• compile all the costing files and summaries to Post-Contract Negotiation / Awarding Committee for final negotiations once the project is secured.

About the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working along with a team.

Skills and experience required

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in M&E construction is compulsory.
• Minimum 2 year of working experience.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and efficiently are managing different stakeholders.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage timelines accordingly.
