• Create detailed M&E drawings and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) based on design specifications, sketches, and project plans.
• Develop layouts and plans for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Prepare and update project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
• Maintain records and ensure all documents are accurate and comply with relevant standards.
• Attend project meetings to provide input and gather updates, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure all M&E drawings adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Perform self-checking and quality control of all drawings to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with the project manager to meet project timelines, adjust schedules, and manage document submittals.
• Track changes in design and construction to keep all drawings and documentation current.
• Conduct site visits, when necessary, to understand field conditions and ensure design feasibility.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel to resolve any discrepancies between design and actual site conditions.

skills & experiences required

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting Technology or any equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a property development environment
