• Oversee, manage, and coordinate all M&E works at the construction site to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.
• Collaborate effectively with other trades and disciplines on-site to ensure harmonious integration of M&E services.
• Work closely with M&E contractors, consultants, and the main contractor to monitor and streamline construction activities.
• Perform quality control checks on M&E installations, identify non-conformities, and ensure prompt rectifications.
  Review and evaluate M&E contractors' shop drawings, highlighting any discrepancies or non-compliance to consultants and management.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and relevant documentation for M&E works.
  Conduct site valuations for M&E work progress in collaboration with consultants to support contractors' progress claims.
• Assess method statements and operational procedures for M&E works, proactively identifying potential weaknesses or safety concerns.
• Build strong communication channels with all stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support project goals.

skills & experiences required

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years in construction or property development
• Familiarity with end-to-end project cycle and knowledgeable of local authority requirements
• Experience in high-rise or mixed development buildings
• 6 days working week
