■About the Company:Our client is the Japan subsidiary of a globally renowned brand, loved for its unique style and innovative products. With a culture that supports employee growth, it emphasizes a passion for challenges and continuous improvement.■Role and Responsibilities:This role is responsible for managing product & channel strategy in terms of merchandising, product analysis & purchase planning roles which is the heart of the brand and cascade down the brand & MD strategy to all x-functional teams to leverage the performance and elevate the brand value and achieve sales and inventory target.■Main tasks include:・Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies and OTB plans・Create channel-specific assortments and achieve sales targets・Implement and advise on product displays and promotions・Analyze market trends and assist in seasonal product development・Manage sales data and inventory risks, ensuring smooth product flow・Lead cross-department projects and collaborate on product development・Coordinate with other teams to meet strategic goals and execute plans#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Skills & Experience Required:
・MD experience in a retail brand (5+ years)
・Multi-channel experience in leather goods or footwear industry
・Strong Excel skills (knowledge of macros preferred)
・Business-level English communication skills, fluent in Japanese
・Strong numerical and analytical skills with strategic thinking
・Leadership and stakeholder management skills preferred
