The company fosters a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment, emphasizing creativity, precision, and strategic growth.Summary of the Position:As the Regional Merchandising Manager, you will be the driving force behind the product performance for Japan. Your role is crucial in ensuring that sales and inventory levels align with market demand and company goals. You will work closely with supply chain teams to manage seasonal product launches, optimize stock levels, and support sales growth. Acting as the bridge between the Japan market and global headquarters, you will influence product strategy and lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of merchandising plans. Your insights will directly impact product launches and sales outcomes in the region.■ Drive product performance for the Japan market: o Monitor sales and sell-through situation, create relative sales reports and analysis o Initiate appropriate business strategies to liquidate stock in order to achieve sales target o Work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain team on managing inventory, delivery and re-orders to ensure a healthy and appropriate mix and stock level locally. o Define sales potential for seasonal products.■ Understand and share the company’s product strategy locally, translate it into local action-plans: o Act as a key stakeholder in bridging between Headquarter Merchandising and regional retail teams. Update them on merchandising & product plans, share priorities and drive results. o Lead regional 360 alignment with retail, VM, training, CRM & Marketing to ensure successful product launches and performance o Close collaboration with Training team for seasonal product training, market intelligence and fashion trend information to front-line staffs■ Be the voice of the region towards HQ Merchandising: o Explain the product performance both quantitatively & qualitatively o Express local market needs o Conduct extensive market research and analysis

• Strong sense for products, luxury/fashion savvy
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in merchandising or merchandising planning with regional exposures
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Entrepreneur spirit, resourceful & hard-working
