The company is expanding its presence in the Japanese market and seeks a skilled Allocation Specialist to optimize inventory and drive sales performance.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be at the forefront of inventory management, developing and executing allocation strategies across all retail channels in Japan. You’ll work collaboratively with merchandising, visual merchandising, retail, and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels, maximizing sales while minimizing excess inventory. This involves forecasting, assortment planning, and analyzing margins to achieve ambitious sales targets. 求められる経験
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, preferable in Allocation Planning, Inventory Management or Supply/Demand Planning, and data analysis.
•Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
•Strong Excel skills a must: Pivot tables, v-lookup, functions, merging tables.
•Systems and Tools: Have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly (MicroStrategy, TXT).
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work in a team environment, build positive relationship with partners.
•Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
•Business level proficiency of spoken & written English is preferred.
•Accessible Luxury (= our competitor) is preferred but not a must. High end Luxury, Fast moving products or Sports industry even not selling Handbags are also OK if he/she has P&A experience.
