Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Maths
- Eligibility to work in the UK is a must
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- At least 3 months of teaching experience in the UK
- Experience teaching Maths in KS3 and KS4
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum
- Proven track record of effective teaching in an 11-16 school
- Ability to engage and inspire students
Responsibilities
- Deliver Maths lessons up to KS4 GCSE
- Plan, prepare, and teach engaging lessons tailored to the needs of all students
- Provide appropriate challenges to facilitate effective learning and skill acquisition
- Maintain high standards of behaviour
- Commit to raising student achievement
- Implement classroom management techniques consistent with the school's policies
- Help students apply mathematical concepts to real-world situations
