About the MASH Team:
The MASH Team is the frontline of safeguarding, ensuring children and families receive the right help at the right time. By bringing together professionals from multiple agencies, the team provides a coordinated response to safeguarding concerns. As a Team Manager, you will:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the MASH Team.
Ensure timely, high-quality decision-making for safeguarding referrals.
Supervise and support Social Workers, promoting best practices and professional development.
Foster effective collaboration with key partners, including police, health, and education services.
Monitor team performance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and policies.
Drive service improvements to enhance outcomes for children and families.

What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
Current registration with Social Care England.
Proven leadership skills in managing teams within a safeguarding context.
Strong understanding of child protection legislation, risk assessment, and multi-agency collaboration.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
