Our client fosters a collaborative and creative work environment, supporting continuous growth and development.■ Summary of the positionAs a Marketing & Communication Assistant Manager, you will be able to part of the brand development in the market. You will be key in building a cohesive brand narrative in different areas. This position will report to Marketing & Communication Director.■ Responsibilities1. Marketing<LINE>・Full ownership of the LINE account, coordinating with Agency, CRM and Media teams to grow the account. Enabling it to become THE local tool for brand communication and optimized messaging resulting inconversion.・Create a content plan as well as a platform plan, creating a holisticbrand platform.・Create and align brand and tactical messages, work togetherwith the E-commerce & CRM teams to ensure performance.・Reporting on LINE, to necessary stakeholders. <Content creation>・Take ownership and work together with HQ Creative to initiate content localized for Japan.・Propose and excellently execute local content.・Liaise with HQ when support is needed on Japan projects.<Events>・Collaborate with the different stakeholders (CRM/Retail/PR) inrealizing company events & PopUp experiences.・Identify new and exciting new ways to position our client's company in the market. 2. Communications・ Assess and create opportunities for sponsorships/partnerships, that will elevate the brand and reach new customers.・ Manage and develop relations with stakeholders.・ Direct organize and handle press related events with PR・ Identify KOL and potential influencers.・ Coordinate seeding campaigns, gifting strategy and reporting.・ Use a variety of media to impact in a positive way our client company in Japan. ■ Development opportunity・Marketing Manager/Director

■ Required experience/ skills
• Background in Marketing and Communications for at least 7 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Japanese and English
• Good professional network that can drive the company forward.
• Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
• Quick and enthusiastic learner.
• Understanding of social media and solid experience working with influencers
• Responds well under pressure with strict time limit.
• Ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
• Project and budget management skills.
