Essential Responsibilities:
1. Works with the Marketing Director and local onsite teams to set and deliver the annual marketing and commercial property strategies for our portfolio and properties.

2. Lead in the development and execution of marketing programs that support achievement of the various portfolio’s business development and financial performance goals by helping create brands for assets, implementing collateral and action plans around marketing, paid advertising (online & offline) outdoor advertising, sales campaigns, new development, presentations, and resident communication.
3. Oversee the development of website/s, act as project manager with 3rd party agencies for timely launch of the site, social media channels and paid campaigns, and later on-going maintenance of website, social and paid channels.
4. Identify opportunities and create targeted solutions to support the launch of our portfolio brands to existing and potential business partners (companies, multi-nationals and intermediaries) and individual final consumers.
5. Work with external agencies and the internal marketing support team to deliver marketing materials that meet brand guidelines (email campaigns, social media, banners, adverts, flyers, give-away etc.) and appeal to the specific target markets.
6. Delivers innovative and creative resident retention and resident acquisition campaigns for the multifamily & young professional portfolio. Ensures all campaigns have accurately recorded and reported ROI where possible.
7. Monitors markets for trends and forecasts which may impact occupancy and leasing effectiveness within the portfolio, recommends changes and response strategies to offset market downturns or opportunities, and provides feedback and recommendations on improving struggling asset performance and maximizing revenue generation on performing assets.
8. Undertakes bi-annual assessment of suppliers and partners, covering their delivery, quality of products or services and costs.
Experience & Skills:
1. Educated to degree level (or equivalent) ideally with a marketing or advertising focus, or by equivalent experience.
2. Experience or interest working within the property, hospitality, retail or leisure sectors.
3. Workable knowledge of marketing via popular social media and content channels including, Wechat, Weibo, Douyin, Litter Red book, and etc.
4. Commercial and sales oriented, accustomed to put together sales & marketing budget plans.
5. Good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, preferably within the property, hospitality, retail or leisure sectors.
6. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
7. Demonstrated experience (5+ years’) working in a similar role or job level.
8. A proven track record in creating successful integrated marketing plans and campaigns.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin and English); including the ability to effectively write and present reports and information to support strategic business decisions.
10. Great eye for detail with creative flair and confidence to critique own work and others.
11. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and budgeting skills.
12. Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
13. A strong problem solver with an inquisitive nature and the ability to understand the bigger picture and a hands-on “can-do” mentality.
14. Experience in website launch and implementation with other systems.
15. A positive team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach along with ability to work.
