- Manage and create content for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram (Reels), and Meta.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote hospital services, events, and health awareness initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation:
- Produce engaging short videos and visual content tailored for different platforms to highlight patient stories, hospital facilities, and health tips.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content is visually appealing and consistent with the hospital’s branding.
Reputation Management:
- Oversee and manage online reviews on Google Reviews and other relevant platforms.
- Respond to patient feedback in a professional manner to enhance the hospital's online reputation.
SEO and SEM:
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the hospital's search engine rankings.
- Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the hospital's website.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to the management team.
Google Maps Optimization:
