As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective medical marketing strategies and plans for the company's brands.

This is a full-time and permanent position based in Athens, offering exceptional opportunities for growth and professional development.

key responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, your tasks will include:
- Develop strategic plans, following business priorities.
- Participate to the strategic planning, implementation & tracking of key initiatives targeted to the medical channel to drive healthcare partners recommendation
- Stimulate Medical teams via presentations and all relevant information regarding brand strategy and activities
- Plan & develop campaigns. Develop healthcare partners materials & assets for healthcare partners detailing, events, conferences, digital activations, etc.
- Understand & translate science, with the support of Science Liaison, into compelling healthcare partners messaging
- Drive market research plans to leverage healthcare partners insights, e.g. healthcare partners tracking, Maternity tracking, ad-hoc studies to healthcare partners, etc.
- Analyze, own & competitive brands’ performance & initiate corrective plans, when required.
experience
- Min exp 5 years in Marketing
qualifications
- University degree with Business, Life Sciences specialization
- Quantitative and qualitative research experience is desirable
- Market & product knowledge within the specific category will be considered an asset
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- Passion for marketing, innovation, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
