- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand identity and drive potential sales in the Chinese market.
- Plan and manage offline events, including product launches, tastings, and promotional activities within shopping malls and other high-traffic venues.
- Coordinate shopping mall campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new customers, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury positioning.
- Oversee retail marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and customer engagement tactics.
- Integrate digital marketing efforts to support offline campaigns, utilizing social media, email marketing, and online advertising to amplify event reach and engagement.
- Manage the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, external with marketing agency and PR agency, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shopping mall management, event venues, and media partners.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Chinese luxury consumer market, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event planning and retail marketing.
- Proven track record in managing successful offline and digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on ROI and sales results.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the Chinese luxury market and consumer behavior.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with various stakeholders.
