They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the visibility, footfall, and overall brand value of a prominent retail destination.
About the role,
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities would includes
- Leverage your in-depth experience in retail mall marketing to conceptualize and implement innovative campaigns that resonate with shoppers and tenants alike.
- Oversee all marketing and communication programs across diverse platforms, including advertising, promotions, public relations, events, and direct marketing, to create a unified and compelling brand identity.
- Develop impactful marketing strategies and ensure their seamless execution, driving engagement and retention while positioning the mall as a standout shopping destination.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to deliver cost-effective, high-impact campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and proven experience in offline retail marketing and are well-versed in orchestrating large-scale promotional events, campaigns, and tenant collaborations.
- Highly organized, capable of working independently, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-focused with a proven ability to meet stringent deadline in a retail mall environment
