Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cohesive marketing strategies that align with the brand’s global direction.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine brand positioning within the fashion segment.
- Manage digital marketing efforts across platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and SEM, ensuring optimal engagement and performance.
- Oversee traditional marketing activities such as print advertising and outdoor promotions, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and retention.
- Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and Public Relations agencies to maximize brand exposure.
- Lead the development of press releases, organize brand events, and manage crisis communications effectively.
- Collaborate with retail and visual merchandising teams to create engaging in-store experiences.
- Partner with the e-commerce team to enhance online store performance and customer interaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, ensuring deliverables are timely and brand-consistent.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to regional and global marketing teams, highlighting campaign performance and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, ideally within the premium or luxury fashion industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute holistic marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Experience in public relations and media management in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
