They are seeking a 360 Marketing Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will lead marketing efforts across multiple channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, digital engagement, and customer acquisition. This is a key position for someone who has a comprehensive skill set, including brand strategy, digital marketing (including social media), UI/UX, agency management, and copywriting. The ideal candidate would also have prior management experience as this role would require management of a small team. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Develop compelling, consistent copy for various marketing materials (ads, social media, website, newsletters, and internal communications) while ensuring high-quality standards and brand messaging.
- Create and implement digital strategies to drive online sales and acquisition, generate leads, and increase online engagement.
- Produce compelling content that aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize for better results.
- Manage relationships with content partners and online aggregators to boost sales.
- Oversee external marketing agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Management and maintenance of web and digital assets to ensure usability and user experience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications from a recognised institution
- At least 5 years experience in a marketing role from the financial services (preferably insurance), and with both B2B and B2C marketing experience
- Prior experience managing marketing budgets, including budgets for acquisitions and digital sales, as well as acquisition marketing campaigns
- Prior management experience of a small team
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Suite, Analytics, social media, design tools)
- Strong entrepreneurial desire & solution driven approach to business conversations, with strong communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders
