About the Job
The Marketing Manager will lead brand positioning, product launches, and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This role involves overseeing market analysis, developing promotional materials, and managing marketing staff to enhance brand awareness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth.
- Oversee product launches and manage integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Lead the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
- Train, inspire, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and alignment with goals.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree in Marketing Management or related fields.
- Minimum 12 years of FMCG experience, preferably in Personal Care.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective brand plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Expertise in brand management, marketing concepts, and financial planning.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and an excellent team player.
