About the Role
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing campaigns, leading a marketing team, and overseeing marketing efforts across in-store, online, and delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to meet business objectives and sales forecasts.
- Manage campaigns across digital, print, and promotional channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to refine strategies.
- Build relationships with partners, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Lead, train, and evaluate the marketing team.
- Oversee customer feedback, loyalty programs, and online platforms.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail F&B or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with omnichannel marketing and customer engagement strategies.
