This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that not only drive brand recognition but also enhance lead generation and engagement within these sectors. As a key player in this tech-forward environment, the Marketing Manager will play a vital role in developing a skilled marketing team, crafting strategies, and executing campaigns that directly impact brand growth and client acquisition.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Design, implement, and manage B2B marketing strategies to drive brand recognition, lead generation, and business growth in the real estate technology sector.
- Team Development and Leadership: Build and lead a skilled marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Develop team members’ strengths to support overall strategic goals.
Digital Collateral Creation: Produce high-quality digital assets—including brochures, presentations, and infographics—that effectively communicate solutions and engage target audiences.
Social Media Management: Lead innovative social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and community connections.
Website and SEO Management: Maintain a strong online presence by ensuring website content is updated, optimized for search engines, and aligned with brand messaging.
Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through strategic email campaigns, online advertising, and digital initiatives designed to attract and nurture potential clients.
about you
- Proven experience in B2B marketing strategy, graphic design, digital marketing, and copywriting.
- Ability to thrive in a lean and agile work environment.
