key responsibilities:
- Direct and develop CRM programs, customer engagement and loyalty initiatives, ensuring budget efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement comprehensive customer journey strategies to enhance brand exposure, deepen customer connections, and increase repeat engagement.
- Optimize the use of CRM tools and communication content across key digital channels to build long-term customer loyalty.
- Lead efforts in customer segmentation across various platforms, including email marketing, SMS, and mobile apps, to ensure personalized communication.
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns tailored for customer engagement and retention.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing activities for stores, strategic retail partners, and online channels within the region.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities and ensure a seamless user experience on CRM and digital commerce platforms.
- Increase database traffic to owned platforms by developing targeted marketing strategies and ensuring effective segmentation of customer data.
- Lead customer loyalty initiatives aimed at acquiring new members and encouraging repeat transactions through ongoing program development.
- Analyze CRM performance, monitor market dynamics, and evaluate campaign outcomes to propose data-driven improvements.
- Develop effective strategies to achieve e-commerce goals while maintaining brand visibility and a consistent presence across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, planning, and sales teams to support public relations efforts and drive brand campaigns.
- Oversee influencer and digital ambassador programs to boost brand recognition and expand audience reach.
qualifications and experience:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or relevant.
- 2-5 years relevant working experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in CRM
- Proficient with CRM applications, data analytics and graphic design is essential.
- Prior experience in FMCG or Retail industries is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
