About the Role
The Marketing and Events Coordinator will have end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of brand and marketing across the business. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies as well as work on an exciting rebrand. You also have the opportunity to work with the firm's sponsorships and event partners (including an AFL team), to create memorable and long lasting client experiences. As a firm, they are looking to expand our presence and require an energetic and creative team member to drive initiative that will support our growth and ability to deliver exceptional client service.
Responsibilities include:
- Development of the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives alongside senior leadership
- Manage relationships with external design and marketing agencies and printers in relation to marketing and communication initiatives
- Manage effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities
- Client/Adviser Event coordination (Seminars, PD Days) including end to end responsibility for sponsorship and business partner events
- Development and design of business documents/templates and office processes
- Creation and management of all social media platforms including the creation of engaging and targeted contents
- Development, creative design and distribution of marketing and promotional materials including flyers, invitations, banners, brochures and stationary
- Maintenance & Development of all brand assets and ensuring these are applied correctly across multiple brands: overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Contribute to continued growth by developing and implementing improvements in the Group processes and market presence
- Assist with projects and operational support as required
About You
- Around 3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Experienced in using MS office, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Wordpress
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience in financial services or investment management industries will be highly regarded
