As a market leader within the Luxury F&B sector, they are constantly focused on innovation and diversification. International markets have a significant expansion opportunity, with a consumer penetration focus, category creation and expansion, and new market expansion.
Job Responsibilities
... - You will get to drive the mid-long term strategic input to brands (volume, mix, pricing, businessI investment) in relation to Southeast Asia markets, ensuring assumptions are validated locally and based on aligned principles globally/regionally.
- Lead on key strategic projects relevant to Southeast Asia – for example, reviews of our current range performance in Asia markets, pricing strategy, allocation strategy.
- Ensure regular performance analysis for the mix of brands and markets to identify key issues/opportunities. Assess the ‘what and why’ and make recommendations on actions.
- Work with the insights team to develop consumer centric understanding of the Southeast Asia markets, ensuring this is understood and embedded into the thinking with both the Global Brand House and the local market teams.
- Manage business budget ensuring accurate accounting of spend.
- Identify best practices, using them to improve our programs/assets and/or inspire local markets

skills & requirements
- Highly Entrepreneurial driven role
- Min. Degree in Business / Marketing with 15+ year’s marketing experience regionally within the B2C / Premium Luxury sector
- Experience working with commercial finance team (and an understanding of P&L dynamics)
- Proven experience in managing multi-dimensional projects with multiple inputs and outputs.
- Track record of cross-functional team leadership and generating motivation/enthusiasm for break-through marketing
- Experience working in multiple countries under Southeast Asian markets giving an understanding of market/consumer dynamics and behaviors.l
- Travel may be required – up to 30% of time
