Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales and market data to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to build relationships with industry influencers.
- Support the sales team with lead generation programs to drive qualified leads.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product development, market research within consumer goods.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Knowledge of product development, market research methodologies, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
