As a Marketing Consultant Junior, you will act as project manager in overseeing and executing digital and direct marketing communication campaigns. In this collaborative position, you will work in close partnership with our internal partners in marketing, network, brand and legal as well as with our external creative agencies. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications.
This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days working on-site.
Pay Rate: $32.36/jr

Responsibilities
- Develop marketing materials including physical mail, email, SMS, flyers, newsletters paid digital media (including programmatic display, paid social and paid search) and across owned digital properties
- Create and present detailed marketing briefs that will reach campaign objectives
- Coordinate cross-functionally with different teams to understand communication requirements, drafting communications of different types, owning the end-to-end process of creating and delivering impactful customer-facing communications.
- Proficient in being able to pull and analyze data trends across digital channels (web traffic, digital spends, etc)
- Manage all communication plans and assist with marketing portfolios
- Provide content to update existing marketing materials
- Drive new initiatives to meet and increase operational targets
Qualifications
- University degree or Certificate;
- and Demonstrated marketing experience, developing marketing materials, developing marketing plans, providing creative input,
- and executing marketing projects.
- An excellent writer, proof-reader, and editor with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent in oral and written English and French
