The Marketing Communications Specialist will focus on creating engaging content and managing key marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual ready to take ownership of marketing communications and contribute to corporate branding efforts. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

Content Creation:
The specialist will develop engaging content for electronic direct mail (EDMs), LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Customer Meetings & Internal Communications:
This role will involve handling customer engagements and managing internal communications, including festival posts and employee engagement initiatives.
Corporate Branding:
The specialist will enhance the company’s corporate image through planning company activities, branding efforts, and promoting success stories.
Marketing Collateral:
The role includes overseeing the planning and design of marketing materials (T-shirts, banners, printables), liaising with vendors for final approval.
Work Environment
- Hours: The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible start times.
- Dress Code: Smart casual attire is expected, with formal attire for office events.
- Office Setup: The company provides an open space with hot desks and personal storage.
- Laptop: A laptop will be provided by the company.
about you
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, content creation, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, particularly with social media and email marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in developing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and corporate communications.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with handling customer meetings and managing internal communications to ensure alignment across teams.
- Ability to collaborate with external vendors for the design and production of marketing materials, including T-shirts, banners, and printables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
