about the job
This role is a new expansion role who reports under the Director of Marketing.
- Fully back to office at PJ, Selangor. Flexible working hours.
- 13th month salary, outpatient medical claims, dental, optical, gym, etc
This would be a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategy while overseeing all aspects of communication to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand image.
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company goals.
- Enforce brand guidelines rigorously to maintain a cohesive and recognizable identity across all touchpoints, including messaging, visual elements, and tone, fostering a unified brand experience for customers.
- Create diverse and compelling content, spanning written, visual, and multimedia formats, that effectively communicates the essence of the brand and captivates the target audience through online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners for campaign planning and execution.
- Analyze market research data to refine brand strategies and make informed decisions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media
coverage and partnerships.
about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years+ in brand/ communications management, with a preference for candidates with agency experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other additional languages (Chinese/ other dialects) will be an added advantage.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and impactful brand strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
