Key ResponsibilitiesThe Market Researcher / Analyst will:Design/Plan:Drive the design and implementation of primary market researches using proper methodology to provide an accurate understanding of the current situation of our brands. Additionally, it will aim at addressing key questions of interest (i.e., commercial strategy, forecasting, resource allocation, demand) based on the current business challenges/opportunity defined by our stakeholders.Analysis and delivery:Prepare actionable insights by combining a clear and concise analysis and synthesizing outputs across the multiple data sources (market research, in-house data and secondary research reports)When needed, analyze raw data or work with analytical resources within our C&MI team to deliver complementary insights that go beyond the reports provided by vendors.Project management:Manage the third-party market research vendors effectively, integrate their feedback where possible into our overall design, and ensure that they delivery the results timely and at the expected quality (reporting, data structure and documentation).

Education/Professional Experience
At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a Market Research Role. Prefer to have Oncology TA experience.
Strong experience and track record of running qualitative and quantitative primary market research (planning, scheduling, vendor management, questionnaire preparation) with special attention to producing clear, actionable reports that focus on the actionability of findings, and not just relying on reports provided by vendors.
Experience with hands-on analysis of Secondary data from various sources.
Able to display critical thinking towards the results of a market research, understand its limitations, implications, and what needs to be done to confirm findings.
A systematic approach to work maintaining accountability, plans and demonstrations of success.
Excellent communication skills; written, oral and listening.
Good presentation skills: know how to get to the point quickly and precisely.
Languages
Fluent in Japanese (native or equivalent)
Business level in English(Nice to have)
