Job SummaryTo develop business strategy and improve performance, the Market Research Manger conducts the following; organizing business questions, formulating hypotheses, verifying hypotheses and delivering insights improvement through primary market research as a reliable partner to other business functions.Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities ・Assess information needs of Patient Value Solution team and prioritize the needs and propose solution ・Conduct research to test the hypothesis of the business question and provide feedback to the Patient Value Solution team for next action.・Create product profiles and provide support for the required values in the creation of sales forecasts.・Evaluate new data panels and research methods and actively adopt those that may be of value to the organization.・Select appropriate research methods, procedures and analysis.

Foundational Competencies:
• Working experience in pharmaceutical industry
o More than 5 year experience is preferable (Not only focus on the length.Broadly understanding the industry is important.)
• Conducting multi-projects efficiently
o Be able to manage and handle several market research initiatives simultaneously
o Implement project management to meet deadlines strictly
• Thinking holistically
o Have the wide range of view to work on tasks
o Be able to imagine the importance and influence of required tasks for future business
• Strategy building / analysis in Marketing
o Deeply understand the way of strategy building
o Strong logical/critical thinking
o Develop solid logic and conduct the analysis
o Excel / PowerPoint skills (Advanced)
• Language
o Japanese / English : Business
