We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Engineer to support our client, one of Canada's biggest energy management and automation firms, in their Richmond location. In this role, you will work full-time hours, initially on a 6 month assignment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in assembly management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or box build products.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA, part/component mounting, and wire harnessing processes.
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control systems.
• Proven ability in line balancing and workload distribution.
• Excellent leadership and manpower supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools
