Very good knowledge & experience in Capacity analysis as per the forecast to match the Takt Time, Elementary time estimation, Differentiation tree and process flow simulation tools.
Deliver required manufacturing process flow charts, PFMEAs, control plans and detailed work instructions for new products/processes
Analyses and plans work force utilization, space requirements and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
Develops, evaluates, and improves productivity using Lean tools such as: line balancing, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping
Provide CAPEX estimates and justifications for manual vs. automatic equipment selections and timing
Very Strong proficiency in 2D Auto CADD which helps us to create production line layout, Production jigs and fixtures design etc.,
Design fixtures and tooling for manufacturing processes
Establish packaging requirements for incoming and outgoing material
Accountable until Product/Process and Flow have reached the required level of robustness and efficiency as committed with Supply Chain operations
Good knowledge in developing complete assembly line with end-to-end ownership.
