- Content Leadership: The Editor-in-Chief/Managing Editor will oversee and direct all content efforts across digital, print, and creative platforms, ensuring that every piece reflects the highest standards of luxury, creativity, and factual accuracy.
- Team Management: Managing a diverse team of 15-18 people, with 5-6 direct reports across creative, digital, and print, this role requires strong leadership to inspire innovation and maintain editorial consistency.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: This role works closely with regional offices to align content strategy and direction, ensuring the brand's voice remains cohesive across global markets.
- Industry Networking & Partnerships: The candidate will utilize their deep connections in the luxury industry, building and fostering relationships with key influencers, brand leaders, and industry executives to create impactful content partnerships and collaborations.
- Digital Innovation: The role requires staying ahead of emerging trends in digital media and luxury branding, ensuring that the publication continues to be a leader in the luxury content space. The candidate will leverage AI technology to streamline content production, while ensuring human-led creativity and editorial integrity are maintained.
- Strategic Direction: Collaborating with the Managing Director, the Editor-in-Chief/Managing Editor will help shape the long-term editorial vision, aligning content strategies with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.

- Strong track record in managing large teams and executing content strategies across multiple platforms.
