We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Director to lead a newly established single family office. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a family office,
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Leadership: You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the family office, ensuring alignment with the family's values, goals, and philanthropic objectives.
- Operational Excellence: You will design and implement the operational structure of the family office, establishing efficient processes, systems, and infrastructure to manage the family's assets and philanthropic initiatives.
- Team Management & Development: You will build and lead a high-performing team, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in areas such as investment management, philanthropy, and operations.
- Investment Management: You will oversee the family's investment portfolio, working closely with external advisors and investment managers to ensure optimal risk-adjusted returns, consistent with the family's investment strategy.
- Relationship Management: You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with external advisors, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of success in managing complex organizations, preferably within a family office or private wealth management setting.
- Strong understanding of investment management principles and practices.
- Expertise in philanthropy, including grant-making, impact measurement, and relationship management.
