Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing performance management processes, aligning organizational structures, and fostering employee engagement through various activities.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of OD, leading a team of 4.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of experience in talent management and organisational development.You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and weigh in on strategic decisions.
