Responsibilities
* Responsible for supporting the CRO by building, streamlining, and optimizing best-in-class client-facing presentations and related material to reinforce their position as the value player and thought leader in the market
* Will support the CRO in developing sales quota, compensation, and sales incentive plans to maximize revenue.
* Proficiency in modeling related to large data sets and providing related analysis to drive business decisions
* Overseeing/managing a consultant in Sales Analysis, Forecasting & Business Insights to achieve the above as a player/coach
* Strategic planning: account allocation, quota setting, drawing insights to enhance decision-making
* Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into discernable business insights to focus senior leaders and align disparate business partners; superior organizational skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects and priorities
* Refining and optimizing internal sales performance reporting to ensure high-quality, consistent insight to key internal partners
* Supporting the CRO in developing periodic and ad hoc analysis and internal reporting including strategic planning and sales management
* Coordinating and facilitating the annual sales quota, and compensation process, embedding sales and industry best practices; in addition, working with sales leaders to craft sales incentive programs that maximize revenue and optimize performance against strategic goals (e.g. pipeline build, the revenue close, etc.
* Optimizing weekly, monthly, and annual sales forecasting to enhance revenue visibility, and analysis and inform management decision-making and actions
Qualifications
* Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required (Commerce, Economics or Engineering) Masters/MBA is an asset
* 4+ years’ experience in strategy development, market research, or corporate development. Knowledge of marketing concepts
* 3+ years’ experience developing and delivering executive presentations; proficiency with consulting-style approaches to presentation storytelling (horizontal and vertical logic)
* 3+ years’ experience in account management, customer business planning, and related analytics is an asset
* Strong knowledge of the Canadian financial services industry, with a current understanding of emerging trends with Fintech, the digital economy, and/or consumer-consented data
* Strong math skills and a working knowledge of financial analysis3+ years of people leadership experience
