about the job
- Conduct market research to understand demand and develop a feasible leasing plan for the office tower.
- Manage and achieve sales and leasing targets for the company’s properties.
- Build rapport with agents, tenants, stakeholders, business partners, and others.
- Create and implement strategies to increase occupancy in the office tower.
- Oversee negotiation and execution of lease agreements and other contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
- Collaborate with lawyers to draft a standard tenancy agreement, including landlord/tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines.
- Prepare reports and track negotiation progress with tenants.
- Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the property’s financial performance.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in office leasing and/or sales, with a proven track record.
- Driven, ambitious, and proactive personality.
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
