- Ensuring the proper procedures and timely processing of documents related to SPAs, reminders, and billing.
- Responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of sales, including managing documentation such as Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), loan paperwork, and billing processes.
- Handling day-to-day sales administration tasks related to post-sales services. Maintaining accurate records in the property software system and organizing purchaser records, collections, and documentation according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in areas such as credit control, sub-sales, refinancing, utilities, vacant possession, and title transfers.
- Coordinating with sales agents, purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and other departments to facilitate the timely execution of SPAs and Loan Agreements.
skills and requirements
- Diploma or Degree graduate in Business Administration or equivalent
- Possess 5 working years in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing or related field in property development industry.
- Committed, self-motivated
- Pleasant personality, independent and energetic
