Job Description of Manager-Quality Certification

1. Liasoning with certification bodies for timely certification of NPOP, NOP & EU for product quality
2. Keeping the certification records for future requirements 
3. Timely submission of renewal applications in quality department
4. Technical support to certification team.
5. Technical support to Tracenet/ Data team.
6. Technical support to ICS/ field team.
7. Coordination with ICS team for implementation of certification program
8. Maintain the Traceability Record of farmers
9. Organic Certifications like NPOP, NOP and EU Certifications
10. Maintain Processors and handlers for compliance with Organic Standards (NPOP/EU/NOP)
11. Due diligence of Certified Organic Projects.
12. Work on Tracenet Software up to TC Application.
13. Documentation for ICS renewal plan, Internal audits, Actual yield updation, stock closing, External audits.
14. Provided guidance and assistance to the field team in maintaining documents.
