about the job
- Understand market demand, perform market research and develop feasible leasing strategies for the office tower
- Work closely and build rapport with tenants, agents, business partners, etc
- Conceptualize and develop strategies that will maximize the occupancy rate of the building
- Prepare weekly activity reports and follow up on status of negotiation with tenants
- Lead the preparation of leasing budgets and rental plans
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in leasing - office/commercial
- Ambitious and aggressive character
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
