The company promotes collaboration, innovation, and a deep understanding of local and global policy issues.■Role and ResponsibilitiesOur client is seeking a driven individual to play a key role in supporting government relations and public policy initiatives in Japan's healthcare sector. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects with global corporations, NGOs, and influential stakeholders.■Main tasks include- Manage client relationships, accounts, and projects in the healthcare sector.- Support government relations and advocacy efforts for healthcare clients.- Conduct research and analysis on healthcare policies, laws, and regulations.- Implement outreach strategies targeting policymakers, government officials, and researchers.- Contribute to business development ideas and proposals within the healthcare sector.- Coordinate and guide internal team members.

■What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, government, public policy, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of Japanese politics and the policy-making process.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive, creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Enthusiasm for engaging in policy dialogue and addressing real-world challenges.
■Education & Qualifications:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in public policy, global health, healthcare, medical science, economics, politics, communications, or international relations.
