Responsibilities1. Act as leader to a team with varying levels of experience.2. Leads site merchandising strategy across all departments within the company business.3. Create compelling, trend-driven and brand appropriate product categories based on product attribution, merchandising feedback, current trends and analysis of product and category metrics.4. Develop and own product recommendation strategy across all pages within the company business. Partner with product teams on continual improvements of feature set.5. Responsible for filter & facet strategies within all category pages to ensure the best customer experience.6. Create product groups to highlight key styles & provide linking strategies to support paid & owned marketing efforts.7. Build and execute multi-year strategy in line with overarching digital platform agenda to support delivery of net revenue growth, margin, subscription and conversion rate optimization, and long-term value initiatives.8. Generate multi-year vision with ownership of the “product” growth strategy and executionby conducting self-managed UX research to discover and/or validate the impact of the features that enhance our customer experience.9. Continuously improve UI/UX using A/B Testing Tool and provide a superior user experience for the customer.10. User Interface Design/Testing to elevate the company brand and provide a frictionless shopping experience.

Requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in e-commerce organization
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing others
• Expert level knowledge and experience with web based product, content and catalog
management systems
• Experience leading EC system replacements and system modifications
• Experience using Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Understanding of online and digital marketing channel.
