Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with the Associate Director, Commercialization Japan on the implementation of local commercialisation strategies across assigned therapeutic area (Respiratory and Rhinology), in cooperation with Alliance partner.Ensure a successful and productive working relationship with cross-functional colleagues and XXX’s co-commercialization partner.Partner with the sales team in providing brand strategic direction.Provide high quality input where required to local market development and commercial activitiesSupport implementation of local tactical plans and the provision of marketing/sales support materials.Ensure tracking of agreed KPIs to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics.Collaborate and provide input to XXX’s regional organisation on strategies, tactics and insights.Ensure development of the field force, (e.g. Providing sales strategy, appropriate tactical tracker) in collaboration with our partner.Ensure close collaboration with the REGN global marketing team as part of the global brand planning process.

· Established track record in successful marketing and sales management in the pharmaceutical industry
· Outstanding knowledge of specialty care commercialisation in Japan
· Strong business and analytical skills for ease of tracking and communicating key KPIs/metrics
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholders
· Strong project and process skills with attention to detail
· Must be able to operate in fast paced launch environment
· Energetic self-starter with pragmatic and operationally oriented working style, excellent planning and organizing skills.
· Must be willing to travel approximately 10-20% and willing to travel on weekends to conferences and meetings, as needed.
· Mindset to enjoy business and organization development collaborating with teams members
Minimum Years of Experience: (Please be as specific as possible)
· Education (Minimum) Requirements: Business degree, Life Science degree a plus
· Language (Minimum) Requirements: Fluency in Japanese and business level English
· 5+ years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, or related experience
· Immunology/biologics/specialty care experience strongly preferred
· Respiratory or Rhinology experience a plus
· Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance a plus
· Launch experience a plus
