- Manage the cinema's daily operations, covering the box office, concessions, auditorium upkeep, and film screenings, to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting high performance.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by upholding high customer service standards, addressing complaints, and acting on feedback.
- Oversee the cinema's budget, track expenses, enhance cost-efficiency, and boost revenue through ticket sales, concessions, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional events, campaigns, and partnerships aimed at boosting foot traffic and enhancing brand awareness.
- Ensure all cinema facilities and equipment are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.
- Prepare reports on cinema performance, including financial data, attendance figures, and customer satisfaction, and present them to senior management.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in the cinema industry
- Candidates from hospitality, retail management, or a customer-centric environments will also be considered.
- Driven, ambitious, and proactive character.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the cinema's business needs.
