skills and experience required

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in the cinema industry
• Candidates from hospitality, retail management, or a customer-centric environments will also be considered.
• Driven, ambitious, and proactive character.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the cinema's business needs.
