Main Accountabilities: - Act as the key focal point in front of partner companies to manage communications internally and externally for overall business including commercial, supply, product quality, medical, regulatory, and legal arrangements for all of partner products. - Issues identifications and issues solution via win-win approach for maintaining the business and for achieving budgets. - Manage the “Life” of the collaboration via face-to-face meetings, calls, KPI processes, and proposed corrective actions by organizing regular interactions with partners to review activities, performances and related KPIs. - Ensure partners business activities is aligned with our business strategy. - Information collections from partners for internal business planning. - Bridge partner companies and affiliates for knowledge exchanges to contribute to the business of affiliates as well as for partners in Japan. - On a regular defined period, revisit the key terms of the contracts and correctly re-engage into a re-negotiation to further improve the terms of the collaboration.Attractive points: - You will be empowered for operational alliance management activities. - You will have opportunities to lead Joint Committees with alliance partner companies. - You will also involve in new license deal making. - You will have opportunities to be exposed or to present to senior managements in the company. - Your ideas and creativities will be openly considered and reflected if relevant. - Your will have opportunity to improve your English capability through daily communication with foreign colleagues. - You will learn how business should be controlled and managed through close communication with senior managements in the company.
求められる経験
- Experience of alliance management at least for 5 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Cross functional work experience and/or project management skill
- Financial and legal acumen
- Japanese: Fluent, English: Business level (Able to communicate with non-Japanese on his/her own. Discussion is a plus)
- Experience of marketing activities in pharmaceutical industry
- Business analysis and planning experience
- R&D experience
- English: Fluent
