The Agile Master oversees the quality management within all Feature Teams s/he is assigned to. To ensure this, s/he is responsible of the following tasks:1. Observance of the agreed agile methodology2. Support the Feature Teams and Product Owner regarding practical implementation3. Realization of transparency regarding sprint results (mandatory artifacts) incl. the status (documentation, Releases)4. Ensure correct documentation as well as the interaction of roles and responsibility in the roles5. Lead audits with regards to our development process to external and internal auditors. Ensure also compliance with ISO standards incl. suggesting a change of our process to be compliant.As a team member, the Agile Master is expected to Learn, teach & try new ideas with the team and other associates in an Agile way. S/he will work mostly in a group, rarely alone.

- 10+ years in corporate IT position
- 5+ years in IT Design, Build
- 3+ years in Automotive company/ wholesale/ retail company
- Sounding experience in Agile framework: Scrum, Kanban and other related concepts (LEAN, SAFE, KISS,…)
- Proven record to use JIRA and Confluence efficiently to manage multiple teams and report to higher management.
