The post is working with adults in a care home setting within region of Dundee area supporting with: meal prep, medication prompt and supporting Independence. As a care assistant you will be a committed and caring individual with relevant experience working in a care setting. Shift patterns tend to be a mixture of earlies and lates, across the week including weekends.

The successful manager will be responsible for:
Team leadership skills; experience in co-leading a team
Working in a professional manner, meeting National Care Standards, setting appropriate boundaries
Specific Requirements:
Housing Support experience is important to succeed in this role. The candidate must have experience in knowing how to support and accommodate the practical physical needs of supporting service users in a professional and qualified manner. In addition, to encourage service users to connect and integrate into community activities.
SVQ Level 4 & 5
In ordered to be considered for this post, you must be:
A car driver with access to your own vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
Minimum 5 years UK experience; working within a care setting at managerial level
