about the job
- Analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to ensure the mall’s growth and direction align with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of mall management, including leasing and tenant relations, business planning, financial management (P&L), marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize the mall’s profitability and operational efficiency.
- Drive occupancy growth and optimize rental income through targeted leasing and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the marketing and promotional activities of the shopping mall align with market trends and consumer needs.
- Liaise with tenants and coordinate with internal teams, including Project, Fit-Out, Legal, Marketing, Facility Management, and Finance departments.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and business growth.
- Lead budget planning and financial oversight to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in mall operations and/or mall leasing.
- Driven, ambitious, and assertive, with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
