Responsibilities
-Assist in the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment.
-Perform preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
-Support the installation, alignment, and assembly of new equipment and machine components.
-Follow safety protocols and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures when working on machines.
-Work with the maintenance team to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, using hand and power tools.
-Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to assist in maintenance and repairs.
-Assist in keeping maintenance logs, documenting repairs, and reporting any major issues to the supervisor.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
-Support other maintenance team members in completing various projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or related role
-Positive attitude, work ethic, and good communication skills both written and oral
-Good arithmetic skills
